Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

The short version

  • We only collect personal information you choose to send us through our contact and partnership forms.
  • We use it to answer your request. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
  • We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Visit statistics are aggregated and do not store your IP address.
  • You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Who we are

This website, www.aciragroup.com (the “Site”), is operated by Acira Group LLC (“Acira Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”), 5901 Wyoming Blvd NE, Suite J-369, Albuquerque, NM 87109, USA. Acira Group is responsible for the personal information collected through the Site.

This policy covers the Site only. Services we provide to clients under a contract (for example, websites, software or managed cloud hosting we operate on a client’s behalf) are governed by that contract and the client’s own privacy notice.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in one of our forms, we receive what you enter:

  • Get Started (consultation request): your name, organization, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and any details you add.
  • Partnership opportunities: your agency name, first and last name, email address, phone number, whether you are interested in a partnership or the affiliate program, and the description of your request.

We also receive anything you include when you email or call us directly.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our servers receive technical information that your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. Our hosting platform uses this to deliver the Site, protect it from abuse (for example, limiting how often a form can be submitted) and produce aggregated visit statistics. Those statistics record a visitor’s approximate location only at country and region level, and the platform does not store visitors’ IP addresses.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your consultation or partnership request, including contacting you by email or phone about it.
  • To prepare proposals and, if you become a client or partner, to manage that relationship.
  • To keep the Site secure and working, including screening form submissions for spam. Form submissions are automatically checked by our hosting platform, which may include an automated (AI-based) review of the text you submit, solely to detect spam and abuse.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve it.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not send you newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting platform may set a small number of functional cookies that are needed for the Site to work, for example to remember a language preference or to keep a form submission secure. These cookies are not used to track you across other websites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still be readable, although some features, such as submitting a form, may not work as expected.

Service providers and third-party content

We rely on a few service providers to run the Site. They process information only as needed to provide their service:

  • Website hosting: the Site and its form submissions are hosted on the Acira AI platform, with data stored in the United States. Form submissions are also delivered to our team by email.
  • Fonts and icons: to display the Site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from the cdnjs content delivery network. These providers receive your IP address and browser information as part of delivering those files.
  • Embedded videos: some pages include a YouTube video in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube receives information from your browser when the player loads, and may set cookies once you play the video. Google’s privacy policy applies to that content.

Links to other websites, such as our social media pages, are governed by those websites’ own privacy policies.

We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business communications, and then delete them. If you become a client or partner, we keep the information for the duration of that relationship and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below). Deleted submissions may remain in backups for a limited period, typically up to 30 days, before they are permanently removed.

Security

The Site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to form submissions is limited to Acira Group staff who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • object to or ask us to restrict how we use it.

Depending on where you live, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or certain U.S. states, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We will respond to requests within the time required by applicable law, and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Where the law of your country requires a legal basis for processing, we process form submissions to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and keeping the Site secure.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and organizations and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we change how the Site works. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we will highlight them on this page.
